Hypercosm 3D simulations can help you with your training needs. Any time you have complex physical equipment that needs to be explained, 3D simulation is a potential solution. Whether you need to train astronauts or network engineers, 3D simulation can help to explain complex spatial relationships quickly and intuitively.
The examples below are divided up into two categories: (1) procedural training and (2) free form training. Procedural training takes you through a set of steps in a linear order and is great for instructing how to perform well understood tasks. The second category, free form training, does follow a linear path. Intead, the training uses a virtual simulation of a scenario or a piece of equipment that the user can manipulate in a free form way, just as if they were working with a real, physical object. This type of training aid is often useful for troubleshooting and situations where there is not a fixed set of procedures for every case. Free form simulations are also a great way to test your knowledge once you have worked through a set of procedural simulations.
