This map shows the neighborhood surrounding an architectual model of a surburban home.

Purpose

Maps are useful for architecture because they can show the context and surroundings of a building or other structure. The maps give the model context.

Features

• Streaming live maps
  The map underlay used in this simulation is streamed in from an external map server. It is not a part of the model. To add the map underlay, all that was necessary was to specify the model's longitude, latitude, and angle from north.
