This is a 3D model of a condominium with moveable furniture.

Purpose

This interactive demonstration was created as a sales tool for developers of new condominium space. The applet can be posted to the development’s web site, giving potential buyers a full 360 degree walkthrough, realistic view from the condo windows, and interactive furniture to assist them in laying out the space.

Features

• Pre-defined cameras
  Multiple cameras are pre-defined and can easily be selected to quickly zoom from place to place.

• Toggleable 2D / 3D view
  The depiction of the space can be toggle between the full 3D perspective view and a schematic 2D "blueprint" view to illustrate the benefits of 3D over 2D for understanding architectural spaces.
