Hyperlink Tools

Hypercosm Teleporter Pro for SketchUp allows you to associate hyperlinks with locations on a 3D model. These hyperlinks can refer to external documents, web sites, photographs etc. Since your annotations become part of the 3D scene, they continue to stay with the 3D model when you change your view.

Adding Hyperlinks

To add a hyperlink to a model, click on the "add marker" button and then click on the 3D model at the location that you want the marker and hyperlink to be placed. When you do this, a dialog box will open up prompting you for a hyperlink. Once you type in the hyperlink, it becomes associated with the marker and so the next time that you click on the marker, the document pointed to by the hyperlink will open in new window.

Annotation Editing Buttons

Once hyperlink markers have been added to a model, you can use a set of markup editing controls to modify them. For example, you can erase them or change their colors. These tools allow a collaborative "dialogue" where each person can take turns adding or making changes to an online 3D model and sending their revisions back and forth over email.
